Singapore is clean, green and very easy to enjoy, and it’s one of the best places to begin or end a trip to Asia. Two or three nights is enough to eat well, explore and recover from the flight.
Spend time in the Gardens by the Bay, the heritage neighbourhoods of Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam, and the hawker centres where some stalls hold Michelin recognition.
It’s also a brilliant family city, with the Night Safari, Sentosa and some of the best hotel pools anywhere.
